This treatment starts in the face up position at the crown of your head, journeying through a rotation of awareness connecting your mind and body. Specific work is done on the back in the second half of the treatment. You will also go through breath work, and long visualizations that take you deeper into your subconscious and ending with a "Sankalpa" or intention.
This Meditation is best for realigning yourself, calming your mind and creating focus. Can be very helpful with stress and anxiety reduction.
"Get in touch with your inner wisdom and connect your world."
This treatment starts face down starting at the soles of your feet, journeying through a rotation of awareness connecting your body and mind. Specific work is done on the back, with breath work. Once turned over you go through a series of visualizations that take you deeper into your subconscious where you can access your inner wisdom and ending the treatment with a "Sankalpa" or intention.
This Meditation is best for bringing yourself into a greater connection to the world around you. Helping you to "wake up" and notice the flowers.
